Centrum Prenatalni Diagnostiky (CPD) Brno is one of the leading prenatal diagnostics centers in the Czech Republic, performing first trimester screening for chromosomal abnormalities (Trisomy 21, 18, and 13) across multiple partner hospitals.

Before our engagement, the entire screening workflow was paper-based:

  • Manual risk calculations — doctors used printed lookup tables to convert ultrasound measurements (NT, CRL) and biochemical markers (PAPP-A, Free Beta-hCG) into MoM values and risk scores
  • Paper patient records — thousands of screening forms stored in physical filing cabinets, making retrieval slow and error-prone
  • 30-minute report generation — each screening report required manual data entry, calculation, and formatting

What We Built
